- Manufacturing Process of Stainless Steel Square Pipe:- All our stainless steel square pipes are produced with the most stringent testing requirements. We can produce square/rectangle pipes by making a round tube and then forming it into a square, rectangular, or other shape. This manufacturing process is generally applicable for large size structural sections, especially with higher thickness. In case of smaller size square or rectangular pipes, the manufacturing process does not involve making round first and then the final shape; instead, the material goes from stainless steel strips directly to the desired shape with the help of rollers on a pipe making tube mill. There are different die set rollers for different sizes.
