Alloy Steel P1 Pipes Manufacture
Our Alloy Steel P1 Welded Pipes is not recommended for applications which require long exposures to temperatures in excess of 570 Degree F because of the increased risk of a reduction in toughness. In dilute sulphuric acid contaminated with chloride ions, these Alloy Steel P1 EFW Pipes has better corrosion resistance than other alloys, which is a highly alloyed austenitic steel grade specially designed to resist pure sulphuric acid.

Alloy Steel P1 Pipes Packaging
Alloy Steel P1 Seamless Pipe may be furnished bare or coated and with capped ends. pipes up to 3” OD will be supplied in bundles. In order to prevent rust during sea shipment, bundles of Alloy Steel P1 Seamless Pipe may be wrapped with polypropylene sheets, and secured with flat steel bands. Over 3” OD will be supplied loose.
